Since its creation in 2010, Hechang has been committed to professional production and sales of braking discs/drums. Today, Hechang, located in LongKou, builds up a team with over 600 employees on 120,000m2 factory area. The fixed assets reach 340 million RMB. Annual production capacity reaches 10 million pieces for 6000+ part numbers. Hechang produces and ships the discs/drums to more than 20 countries, which are well recognized for the quality and prices by the customers.

Providing reliability is what Hechang strives for. The facilities used throughout the production process are world class, medium-frequency induction furnace imported from Germany, Static pressure molding line, cold core shooting machine, DooSan CNC vertical lathe etc., to ensure the higher production efficiency and consistency at lower operational cost. Hechang is TS16949 and ECE-R90 certified, strict quality control from precise inspection methods through advanced instruments are carried out through foundry to precision machining.
